Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation

All print orders are produced on demand by Gelato. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins immediately.

  1. Returns

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, all items are custom-made and personalized, and therefore cannot be returned.

  1. Exceptions

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at nina.fluppe@web.de with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  1. Refunds

Refunds, when granted, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Shipping Issues

While we strive to ensure all orders arrive on time, international shipments may take longer. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import duties.
