These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on the website www.ninafluppe.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Products

2.1 Print-on-Demand Prints
All prints sold on this website are produced on demand by Gelato. Each print is made after the order is placed. As such, prints are custom-made and non-returnable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

2.2 Original Artworks
Original artworks are sold price on request. Each sale is negotiated individually. Payment and delivery terms will be confirmed with the buyer prior to purchase.

  1. Orders

Orders can be placed through the website. After submission, you will receive an order confirmation via email. For originals, confirmation includes the agreed price and delivery terms.

  1. Payment

Payments for prints can be made via:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • PayPal

Payment for original artworks will be processed according to the individual agreement.

No VAT is charged in accordance with §19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation).

  1. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Prints
Prints are shipped directly from Gelato. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5.2 Originals
Delivery of original artworks will be arranged individually. Shipping costs will be communicated in advance.

5.3 International Shipping
For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  1. Cancellation & Returns

6.1 Prints
Due to the custom nature of prints, orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Exceptions are made only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

6.2 Originals
Original artworks are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply only if the artwork is damaged during shipping.

  1. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control. Liability for defective or incorrect items is limited to replacement or refund.

  1. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content on this website are owned by Nina Fluppe or used with permission. Any reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Trier, Germany.
