Print-on-Demand Prints
All prints are produced on demand by Gelato and shipped directly from their production facilities. Shipping methods and delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Germany: 3–7 business days
EU (other countries): 7–14 business days
International (outside EU): 10–21 business days
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and chosen shipping option.
Packaging:
Prints are shipped unframed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Original Artworks
Shipping of original artworks is arranged individually with the buyer. Shipping costs, packaging, and delivery method will be agreed upon before purchase.
International Orders
For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Delivery times may also be longer due to customs processing.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email after the order has been shipped.
Issues with Delivery
If your order is damaged during shipping or does not arrive, please contact us immediately at nina.fluppe@web.de. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
